This free, all-day training is brought to you by Pacific County Voices Uniting (PCVU) and facilitated by the Dispute Resolution Center of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties (DRC). You’ll receive practical, real-world resources in a supportive environment where you can learn, connect, and grow.

Community Empowerment Sessions are open to all and provide tools that can be applied immediately in personal, workplace, and community settings.

💡 What You’ll Learn in the Morning Lab: Intro to Conflict Resolution

- Why conflict happens, and what to do about it

- How your personal conflict style shapes your interactions

💡 What You’ll Learn in the Afternoon Lab: Interpersonal Communication Lab
