We recommend having a paper and pencil on hand.

Meet Nickie:

Nickie has a Bachelor's in Health and Human Services and has worked as an advocate for over 10 years. She started in the Parent-Child Assistance Program for pregnant mothers addicted to substances, later moving to a Sexual Assault Child Advocate position for the Children's Advocacy Center of Grays Harbor. From there, Nickie became a Sexual Assault Advocate for Beyond Survival, which serves sexual assault victims of all ages. When not working, she likes spending time with her family, hiking, and playing with dogs.

About Stronger Together:
Stronger Together is a restorative, multigenerational community and teen positive program for people 12+. Once a month, September to May, we gather around topics of importance to our community, such as self care, positive mental outlooks, and healthy relationships, share information and resources and create a space for learning from one another.

NOTE: This is the second-to-last Stronger Together session of the 2025-2026 cycle! Save the date for our Annual Restorative Community Gathering on Saturday, June 27th from 12 pm to 3 pm at Events on Emerson!
