Meet Kathleen:
Kathleen Crandall is a dedicated educational leader and student success advocate with over a decade of experience driving academic excellence and professional development. With a career spanning program management, instructional leadership, and career services, Kathleen has built a reputation for fostering high engagement learning environments and guiding students toward sustainable career paths.
Most recently, Kathleen served as a Program Manager at Charter College, where she oversaw the HVAC and Welding programs. Her diverse tenure at the institution also includes roles as the Program Supervisor for the Online Business Program and several years as a lead instructor. Throughout her seven years of teaching, she has specialized in business courses, technology fundamentals, and professional success strategies, consistently helping students bridge the gap between classroom learning and workplace expectations.
Kathleen’s expertise extends beyond the classroom into Career Development and Academic and Employee Coaching. With 12 years of experience in academic and employee coaching and six years spent developing career workshops, she excels at building rapport with diverse learners and providing the interpersonal support necessary for student retention and success. Her background is further rounded out by significant experience in operations and finance, including previous roles in bookkeeping and regulatory reporting.
Kathleen holds a Master of Business Administration from Charter College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. She is recognized by colleagues for her ethical leadership, collaborative spirit, and her unwavering commitment to student empowerment.
About Stronger Together:
Stronger Together is a restorative, multigenerational community and teen positive program for people 12+. Once a month, September to May, we gather around topics of importance to our community, such as self care, positive mental outlooks, and healthy relationships, share information and resources and create a space for learning from one another.
